Just got back from the movies with my friend Jessi, we went to see Princess & the Frog, I LOVE IT. I had been waiting so long to see it, and it's totally worth it! The storyline was good, the characters were great, and the music was fantastic (I actually starting kinda dancing in my seat ) Maybe I have a biased opinion but oh well. I highly recommend everyone go out and see it, if it's your kind of movie. It will definitely warm your heart.

I'm glad Disney finally went back to traditional animation. Digital movies and stuff in 3D is mostly just hype, they don't have the same feeling. There's just something timeless about traditional that is, dare I say, magical. The film looked amazing, I don't think they could've have done the same thing with digital and had it come out as nice.

Now that I've seen the movie, it's very possible I'll go see it again. In the mean time I've been listening to the music from the soundtrack. The songs are very jazzy and uplifting, good stuff to listen to on a bad day.

Well I haven't eaten ALL DAY, so it's time to have lunch!

Hey everyone!

Well I'm happy to say that I'm back home for winter break! I've been here since thursday afternoon. I would've probably gone home sooner but my last on campus final was 7-10pm wednesday night! My Bioethics was super easy, and I studied three days straight for my econ final so I think I did well on that one too. Yesterday I typed up my english final essay and submitted it online, now I'm done and I can relax.

It does feel good to be back, but the weather is kinda icky. It's been cold, gray, windy, and rainy. I went out for the first time today just to run a few errands, but I'll be catching up with friends later. Curtis is supposed to be up here too on the 20th, but we'll see about that...

The good news is I brought my tablet with me so I should be submitting a few things while I'm here. I've got some HARPG foals to design, a ref sheet for a new horse, and hopefully another I'm trying to adopt. I haven't quite been in the mood to draw yet, but I'm sure I will at some point.

Oh yeah, in case you were wondering about my last poll. The answer is CREOLE! LOL Most of you thought I was just black, or mixed. That's what I usually get, but who thought I was pacific islander? It's ok I was just curious.

I finally rustled up the courage to log into my old dA users and clear them out. If you were thinking about doing the same, here's my advice: DONT DO IT! I had THOUSANDS of deviations, HUNDREDS of comments, TENS of notes. I actually went through most of it, but most of it was irrelevant since they were received like over a YEAR ago.

I didn't find anything too interesting, except one n00b who tried to harass me on BlackRose09. He left all these comments bashing my car pics, and it made me laugh because upon visiting his page, I found he's this angry kid who's a total nobody. Naturally this just made the situation funny as hell to me. He had nothing better to do than leave all those rude comments, but I guess he got tired when I never responded. LOL.

I terminated my club SoraRoxasRiku and my personal account BlackRose09 because I stopped using them once I created this account. I've been tempted to create a new account one last time (the same as my AIM screen name) but I don't want to deal with the drama of it. You have to start from scratch. I'd have to resubmit all my work and refave stuff, I don't have the time or patience for that. So looks like Lil Blue is here to stay!

To be honest, it's nice to get that out of the way. I'd been putting it off for so long, kept making excuses for not doing it sooner. But now I'm glad I did it. It would've been wrong of me to keep the accounts open with people sending notes, leaving comments and all that stuff and never receiving a reply. That may sound kinda stupid since I waited an entire year to do it, but it's over with now. Better late than never huh? Heh heh...I know, I fail.

Anyways, those are gone, this one will stay. That's what you should take away from this. And sorry to anyone who had been trying to contact me from those accounts, I know I really should've at least put up journals warning people I wasn't there anymore.

This is so sad...LOL I'd rather tell you about my obsession than talk about my Thanksgiving like normal people. Ok, I'll briefly recap my break, THEN onto my obsession.

My break was pretty good. I got home wednesday night and it felt good to be back. It was nice seeing my family and spending time with them, even though we can't stand each other for two minutes. When we do get along it's a beautiful thing. My god I've never BEEN so happy to see real food. TT_TT I ate a lot. My mom said I acted like I hadn't seen food in a while, I've even lost some weight. That crap at the res hall is NOT food. Anyway, I went to see Ninja Assassin, LOVED IT. It was really gory, but that's kinda how I like my action movies. I also went to the San Francisco International Auto Show. I saw my lovelies: The 2010 Mustang GT, Dodge Challenger, Bumblebee Edition Camaro, and a little number called the Lexus IS F...

I just can't get over it, maybe it's the blue. Whatever it is, I'm now completely obsessed with the thing. It's my desktop, my iChat background, my AIM icon, the wallpaper on my phone. I'm hypnotized by its beauty. Not to mention, it's a beast under the hood. Now mind you, this is a $60,000 car, so I won't be getting one any time soon. But the good news is I get to test drive it (I signed up at the show). Also, when I get my V.M.D. my dad said he would BUY me this car. If I ever needed incentive to hit the books, here it is

Not a rant! Just an FYI, and I'm sorta done with the topic in the last journal.

I see Twilight stuff EVERYWHERE, and it's starting to peeve me. Now don't get me wrong, I'm not an anti-fan that wishes everyone involved would shrivel up and die, I'm just not a fan. I suppose my dislike of it is fueled by the fact they shove it in your face everywhere you go. It's on tv, my hall mates have a poster, it's on MSN's Wonderwall on a daily basis, it's on Facebook, it's on Youtube. It's like I can't escape.

Sometimes I don't want to get sucked into some mindless fad. There's nothing wrong with liking it, but don't go crazy! This whole team Edward, team Jacob mess for example. I hope people out there aren't really that insane as to get into fights and stuff about which is better, there are more important things in life you can fight about. And personally, I don't think either one of them is that attractive. But that's just me.

Now even though I don't go around advertising my disinterest, people seem to be pretty ambitious about ripping my head off for saying I don't care about Twilight. That's what I think is wrong. If I can respect your like of it, why can't you respect my dislike of it? All I want to do is agree to disagree, other people practically want to burn me at the stake. You can't tell me there isn't something wrong there.

I figure it would be safer to express my thoughts here rather than my facebook. People would see my status and go ape shit.

Oh yeah, I hope to have new arts up this weekend.
